Omega-3 fatty acids like DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) are considered “healthy” fatty acids essential to your well-being. Omega-3 fatty acids cannot be made by the body, and therefore, must be obtained through your diet. When made available to the body, DHA and EPA are incorporated into cell membranes (such as heart cells) and support a critical role in helping to maintain their fluidity.
Serving Size Information: One serving of 2 softgel capsules of OmegaMint Fish Oil contains 1750 mg of fish oil concentrate (260 mg of Eicosapentaeonoic Acid (EPA) and 170 mg of Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA)).
